At Confeve, we pride ourselves on a Safety First Policy built around our People Based Safety program and management commitment. Observed at every level of the organization, the People Based Safety program ensures employees take personal responsibility for the safety of themselves and others. Employees are encouraged to preserve and enhance the safety culture by communicating safety concerns and taking immediate action if an unsafe environment is observed. Encouraged to continually learn and modify unsafe behaviors, field employees are required to have an exceptional level of engagement when it comes to Comfeve's safety culture.
On all projects and in all Comfeve work places, trained employees are tasked with continually observing and reporting on safety practices. This unique system empowers our employees to stop work at any time if an unsafe condition is observed. In association with a third party consultant, this program was designed and maintained by our field teams, ensuring a 360 degree view for a top notch safety program.
In conjunction with tailored safety programs and daily individual safety hazard analysis, Comfeve conducts regular safety inspections, continually setting and reviewing safety goals.
Comfeve management is engaged at all times, ensuring safety is always given top priority. The Comfeve management team continually monitors safety reports to identify training opportunities and any developing trends. With any reported incident, management dedicates resources to investigate the exact factors that contributed to the incident. The team develops a plan of action to prevent a similar incident from recurring. Our continuous focus on safety is what separates us from the rest.
In addition to the focus on how our people conduct themselves in the field, Comfeve takes safety to a higher level. Our service engineers focus on delivering services which are inherently safer to operate and maintain. Our solutions not only deliver industry-leading performance in terms of quality and working capacity but they also outperform the competition in the area we call engineered safety..
